- All items are sold “as described.” Descriptions and photos are accurate to the best of our ability.
- We are not liable for losses due to unforeseen events, shipping delays by carriers, or force majeure.
- Bidding is at your own risk and discretion.
- These rules supplement our general Shopify store Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How the Auctions Work - We run daily live auctions with one or more pieces closing at 8:00 p.m. CST.
Auctions appear in list format. You can bid on any active piece at any time. Running auctions will remain open and in play until their scheduled closing time. As participation grows we will adjust the number of daily closings to maintain good selection and competitive bidding.
Bidding Basics - No reserve, no minimum starting bid.
All auctions currently have zero reserve and begin at $0.00 starting bid. Each new bid must be higher than the current high bid to win the bid and claim your artwork.
Auction Closing & Extension - Auctions close at 8:00 p.m. CST. Last-minute bids trigger a 5-minute extension.
If any bid is placed in the final 5 minutes, the auction extends by 5 minutes. This can repeat. We recommend staying near your device near closing time.
How Winners Are Assigned - The highest valid bidder at the final closing time wins the auction.
The winner is the bidder with the highest bid when the auction fully closes (after any extensions). In the rare case of a tie in bid amount and time, the earliest bid wins. Our system automatically determines the winner. Our decision is final.
Winning & Payment - Winning bidders receive a confirmation email the following day and will receive a payment invoice.
Winning bidders receive a confirmation email the following day including their winning invoice. Invoiced payments are processed through Shopify payment portals. A free Shopify account is required to bid.
Email Notifications & Settings - Enable email notifications and regularly check your spam/junk folder.
Important emails include outbid notices, winning confirmations, and shipping updates. Upon your first bid, you should receive a bid confirmation email. If you do not receive a bid confirmation email, check your SPAM folder. If the bid confirmation is in your SPAM folder, mark it as "Not SPAM/Junk". This should ensure all future emails are received properly. We are not responsible for emails filtered as spam or not delivered.
Communication & Notifications - Enable email notifications and monitor your account.
We are not responsible for emails going to spam or delivery failures. Check your auction page regularly for the most accurate real-time status.
Shipping - Shipping is calculated at checkout; free shipping only during promotions or on orders over $60.
Standard domestic shipping costs apply unless a free shipping promotion is active. International shipping is unavailable at this time. If you live internationally and wish to participate in this auction, please inform us by email. We ship as soon as possible after payment clears, typically within 2–3 business days. Tracking is provided when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Account Requirements - A free Shopify account is required to place bids.
You must be logged into a Shopify customer account to bid.
Returns & Refunds - Returns are accepted under specific conditions to protect both buyer and seller.
- All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is materially different from the description/photos.
- You must notify us by email within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition within 7 days of approval.
- Refunds (minus original shipping) will be issued based upon receipt and inspection.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
- No returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or after 14 days from delivery.
Rules Subject to Change & Auction Integrity - These rules may be updated. Auctions run to completion unless a major error occurs.
Running auctions will remain in play and will not be disrupted or cancelled except in cases of clerical, technical, mechanical, or other major errors. In such cases, all active bidders will be notified. We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Significant changes affecting active auctions will be announced.
Prohibited Activities - Fair play is required—certain behaviors may result in disqualification.
- Shill bidding, collusion, or artificial inflation of bids is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment of other bidders or staff will result in immediate ban.
- Use of multiple accounts to circumvent rules is not allowed.
- Any suspicious activity may lead to bid cancellation and account suspension.
